Our Leadership

Our founders, Brett Linkletter and Jace Kovacevich, spent a decade running Dineline, a restaurant-only marketing agency that managed $65 million+ in ad spend for more than 2,500 concepts. After seeing the same pain points, scattered data, manual promos, guess-work ROI, they knew the industry needed more than another tool. It needed an engine.

With a business background from USC and a sharp eye for market gaps, Brett has led the development of tools that bridge marketing and hospitality.

Known for his energetic presence and thought leadership, he splits his time between Miami and Rio de Janeiro while sharing insights across social platforms.

With a decade of experience in digital marketing and over seven years in the restaurant industry, Jace has played a central role in scaling Dineline’s client base and team.

A fellow USC alum, he focuses on building systems that help restaurants launch, grow, and thrive through data-driven, automated solutions.

He is a regular presence at industry events and on Dishio’s content channels, where he shares practical strategies for modern hospitality marketing.
